- Overview
Failures can occur in a variety of ways – what’s common is that we can all learn something from them. The conference opens with a taxonomy of failures drawn from the latest academic research. Individuals from start-ups and established life sciences companies will then share a variety of the mistakes they have made “along the way” and the lessons learned from them. In certain areas like California and certain companies, such mistakes are celebrated as building blocks on the way to success. Panelists and attendees will end the day offering their thoughts as to whether/how such a strategy meshes with Indiana’s business culture.
