The tools you need to become a CPA
The MSA degree is an intensive, one-year full-time graduate degree program for students who have already earned an undergraduate business degree. In this program, students:
- Develop valuable advanced financial skills in a technical accounting curriculum
- Gain real-world experience in team-based, corporate-sponsored field consulting projects
- Achieve in-depth knowledge about assurance and risk management or taxation.
- Complete the 150-hour requirement to sit for the CPA exam in most states

Field Consulting: Many students learn best through experience. In the field consulting component of the MSA degree, students work in small teams to consult with local businesses or organizations from a variety of economic sectors to identify real business problems and formulate and implement solutions.
