Subject: Save the Date! - 2012 National Team Selling Competition Invite
Greetings from Indiana University and the Kelley School of Business! We invite you to participate in the Sixth Annual National Team Selling Competition (NTSC) on October 25-26, 2012 sponsored by the Center for Global Sales Leadership and Altria Group Distribution Company.
AGENDA: Teams should arrive Thursday evening, October 25 at 6:00 p.m. and leave on Friday night, October 26 after 8:00 p.m. or Saturday morning. Our website shows the full 2012 Agenda.
WHERE: Indiana University, Kelley School of Business, Bloomington, IN
COMPETITION PRIZE: 1ST PLACE $2,000; 2ND PLACE $1,500; 3RD PLACE $1,000
HOW: Four student undergraduate team. Registration is limited to one team per school and participation is capped at 21 teams. Registered schools have the opportunity to send a second team if space is available. Faculty advisors are able to observe the sales meeting and presentation, and they can discuss strategies with their students between the sessions. Faculty advisors can observe other schools after their team has presented.
TEAM REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Monday, September 3, 2012; STUDENT NAME REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Monday, September 17, 2012
· Team time slots will be first come, first serve based on team registration submission.
· There is no competition entry fee, all meals are covered, and we will reimburse up to $725 of hotel expense per school; however, remaining travel costs must be covered by the respective teams. A large block of rooms is reserved at the Holiday Inn. The welcome reception and dinner will be held at the Holiday Inn as well.
