Centers and Institutes

Management and Entrepreneurship faculty members have the opportunity to work with the world-class Johnson Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation (JCEI), the Institute for Corporate Governance (ICG) and Institute for Global Organizational Effectiveness (IGOE) . These centers and institutes provide both an opportunity for research with thought leaders and innovators, and the opportunity to mentor some of Kelley’s most promising students.

The Johnson Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation (JCEI)

The Johnson Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation (JCEI) helps establish entrepreneurial experiences for Kelley students through research, teaching, and practice; acts as a hub for cross-campus entrepreneurial initiatives by supporting the development of entrepreneurial research or commercially viable enterprises; and develops and supports knowledge creation and transfer advancing the fundamental understanding of entrepreneurial management.

The Institute for Corporate Governance (ICG)

Many of our graduate management majors, co-majors, and faculty members take part in the Institute for Corporate Governance (ICG). This institute offers executive education programs for senior officers and board members in the public and private sector; empirical research of trends and best practices; and academic program and curriculum support in the corporate governance arena. ICG supports Kelley’s programs and curriculum by making leading executives and board members available to our undergraduate and graduate classes, MBA academies, and other student groups.

The Institute for Global Organizational Effectiveness (IGOE)

The Institute for Global Organizational Effectiveness (IGOE) was created to enhance the global effectiveness of organizations by augmenting their human capital—with a special emphasis on Latin America. It addresses the need for specialized talent that is demanded in today’s global marketplace. Kelley’s newest Institute fosters a unique collaboration of top MBA and PhD students, faculty, alumni, and highly-selected organizations working hand-in-hand to create and apply new knowledge that advances global business.
