    Retail Strategy

    Examines key issues facing the major industry firms within the highly competitive retail environment. A model of strategic decision making and driving shareholder value is applied to study topics related to retail strategy, merchandising planning/buying, and utilizing retail market research. Emphasis is on applications through the use of case studies and computer simulations including but not limited to the stock market, merchandising budgets, and pricing.
