Software Support Vision
At Technology Operations & Services it is our intent to provide fast, efficient and reliable service to meet the needs of our many faculty, professional staff and support staff personnel. In the continuation of this effort we provide a Software Support model that creates a standard that extends from our many classrooms to the many computing facilities campus-wide. We believe this standard environment allows our students and faculty to be able to be anywhere on campus and have an almost seamless learning environment. Yet, our commitment to a stable, standard, learning environment extends far past the classrooms into the everyday working environment of the faculty, professional staff, and support staff personnel here at the Kelley School of Business.
In order to make this vision a reality, we constantly strive to improve this model to compensate for the changing environment of the Information Technology Age. By creating a standard support model we are able to better utilize our time to concentrate on customer driven initiatives in regards to application deployment and proactive application management. With constant application development and upgrades to software packages our Software Support Staff is constantly challenged to meet the needs of our ever-changing environment by researching, evaluating, testing, and providing production-level solutions. We intend to meet this challenge by constantly upgrading our classroom and lab facilities with the latest in hardware, software, and network IT solutions.
