Customer Support
All support calls and inquiries are channeled through this area for diagnoses, possible treatment, or appropriate routing. The Help Desk area specializes in situations in which immediate attention is required. This includes faculty & staff software questions, classroom technology problems, the scheduling of A/V equipment, and delivery of mobile PC carts. Individuals requiring assistance should report to the main office at CG0013, phone the office at 855-4247, or send email to tshelp@indiana.edu.
