Kelley Departmental Printer Policies
Technology Operations & Services provides full support for HP network printers which are registered under the Workstation Replacement Program. This support only covers single-function HP printers; copiers, faxes, and multi-function devices are not supported at this time. HP network printers which are not registered under this program will receive support on a case-by-case basis. Inquiries should be directed to Technology Operations & Services (855-4247, tshelp@indiana.edu).
Technology Operations & Services will provide an IP address and make printer drivers available on the print server to facilitate access for departments with non-standard network printers. No additional services will be made available. This means all repair services and software (e.g. Canon client installation) will have to be handled by an outside vendor.
