Mobile Cart Policies
Requests for mobile technology are filled on a first come, first served basis - as such, some requests cannot be met due to lack of equipment. For best results, please place your request via firstname.lastname@example.org as early as possible; typically, most requests made with a two week advance notice (or more) have the best chances of being successfully met. TOS will strive to fulfill all requests, but no guarantees can be made for those requests placed with less than a two week advance notice.. You will receive a confirmation e-mail concerning our ability to meet your request.
Technology Operations & Services maintains several mobile carts for use by instructors and speakers within the KSB. TOS personnel will deliver, setup, tear down, and retrieve these carts within the building during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Weekend events requiring mobile technology may require additional steps to be taken by the end user - all weekend event details will be handled on a case by case basis.
