TOS Support Hours
While classes are in session, the Technology Operations & Services Helpdesk is open Monday - Friday from 7:30am until 5pm. During the times when class is not in session (between semesters or during spring break, etc.) the Helpdesk hours are 8am-12pm, 1pm-5pm. Support is available via telephone at 855-4247; via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and via walk-in consultation in room CG 0013.
In addition to the normal support hours and telephone number listed above, TOS maintains a Classroom Emergency Hotline to be used by instructors (ONLY) who encounter a classroom technology emergency, i.e. the Hotline number is not intended for routine support calls or questions. This hotline is available:
During academic school year: (and while classes are in session):

During the summer, the Hotline is available:
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5pm.
The Hotline is dedicated to provide immediate responses for classroom emergencies. A classroom technology emergency is defined as, "Any technology related problem or difficulty that prevents class materials from being delivered by the instructor."
After Hours Support - Technology Operations & Services is currently offering the following hours of extended support:
Monday - Friday 5pm - 10pm
Saturday 12pm - 5pm
During these hours, Kelley School faculty & staff may reach a TOS employee by dialing 5-4247 and following the directions on the menu prompts. In some cases, a TOS person will be onsite & able to provide hands-on service; in other cases, a TOS person will be paged & respond accordingly. Depending on the level of need and critical nature of the call, in some cases the TOS Help Desk agent will document the situation and defer to the next business day for a physical response.
