Mission

The mission of the Undergraduate Career Services Office (UCSO) is to:

  • Empower a diverse student population to actively manage their career choices in the global marketplace.
  • Foster collaborative partnerships with employers and “Team Kelley” to connect students seeking a career in business with career information and employment opportunities.
  • Deliver excellent customer service through innovation and technological excellence.
