Young Women's Institute

  • Institute Session Dates

    For 2013, Young Women’s Institute sessions will be held from June 9-14 and June 16-21; selected students will attend only one of the two week-long sessions.

  • Application Criteria

    This is a selective program open to young women who are high school juniors during the 2012-2013 school year.  A minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale is required, and factors such as extracurricular involvement, a letter of recommendation, and seriousness of purpose will influence selection decisions.

  • Funding and Travel

    The Young Women’s Institute is funded by the Kelley School of Business Undergraduate Program and our corporate partners John Deere and Target. Participants need only to cover transportation to and from Bloomington and personal expenses.
