Tonya (MBA '09) volunteers as a Student Career Advisor and classroom speaker to share insights with students, but gained some insights of her own on how much alumni can impact Kelley's future. Alexis (BS '15) kept in touch after Tonya presented in X220, to better prepare for an upcoming P&G recruiter forum. Alexa told Tonya, "You are definitely someone I look up to. I want to put my best foot forward and would appreciate any feedback that you can give me." Tonya now knows that she is helping to develop not only skills, but the Kelley brand name as well. That's a different kind of return she wouldn't have realized without becoming Informed, Involved and Invested.
