Joe (BS '08) was impressed with Chris (BS '11) and took him under his wing, eventually bringing Chris into an analyst position at Jefferies & Co. in New York. "He definitely got me in the door and introduced me to the HR team. Joe and I then spoke on the phone a couple times; he gave me straightforward advice and specific tips for my interview." From this personal experience, Chris was motivated to become a recruiting agent for Jefferies and is now facilitating Kelley candidates in navigating the hiring process.
