Background

Theresa joined the Marketing Department in 1997. Since that time she has served as the Director of The Center for Education and Research in Retailing. As the Director, Theresa has emphasized instructional development, research and student development. In addition to her responsibilities as Director of the Retailing Center, Theresa is also a Clinical Professor. Her primary teaching interests are retailing, marketing strategy and entrepreneurship. She has won several awards for teaching and serves on the Teaching Excellence Committee. Her research also focuses on retailing. She has published articles in the Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, the International Journal of Retail and Distribution Management, Recent Advances in Retailing and Services Science and the Clothing and Textiles Research Journal.
