The Institute for Corporate Governance is dedicated to the study, dissemination, and application of best-in-class corporate governance principles.

The Institute provides Corporate Governance Programs, as agreed by both parties, at the site, day, and time of your choice.

The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Bloomington

The ICG also supports Academic Programs and Curriculum. Institute faculty teach, for example, MBA-level courses in Corporate Governance as well as supervising doctoral projects and dissertations in this area.

Moreover, Institute faculty are involved in Executive Education and Management Development through Kelley Executive Partners and Kelley Direct (online MBA program) the participants of which include:
