As we recognize the multi-disciplinary nature of the field of corporate governance, our programs and research draw, among others, from the fields of strategic management, financial economics, accounting, public policy, ethics, social responsibility, and law.

Dan R. Dalton (PhD),
Harold A. Poling Chair of Strategic Management and Dean Emeritus of the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, is the founding Director of the ICG.

Catherine M. Dalton (PhD),
David H. Jacobs Chair of Strategic Management, Kelley School of Business, serves as the Research Director of the ICG. Professor Dalton is a Fellow of the ICG.

S. Trevis Certo (PhD),
Professor and Dean's Council of 100 Scholar at the W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University, is a Fellow of the ICG.

Philip L. Cochran (PhD),
Thomas W. Binford Chair of Corporate Citizenship, Kelley School of Business, and Director of the Randall L. Tobias Center for Leadership Excellence, is a Fellow of the ICG.

David Greene (JD),
Clinical Professor, Kelley School of Business, and former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Young & Rubicam, is a Fellow of the ICG. He is also former Chairperson of Systems and Accounting Graduate Programs (SAGP) and former Chairperson of the Indiana CPA Association.

Allan Grafman,
is President of All Media Ventures, Board Chairperson of Majesco Entertainment, and Operating Partner and Principal at Mercury Capital Partners. He also serves as a Member of the ISS Corporate Governance Advisory Board, and is a Fellow of the ICG.

Amy Hillman (PhD),
Jerry and Mary Ann Chapman Professor, W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University, is a Fellow of the ICG.

Michael B. Metzger (JD),
Professor of Business Law and the Jean Ann and Donald E. Foster Chair of Business Law, Kelley School of Business, is a Fellow of the ICG.

Richard B. Miller (PhD),
Director of the Poynter Center for the Study of Ethics and the Director of the Indiana University Center for Bioethics, is a Fellow of the ICG.

Lauren Robel (JD),
Dean of the Indiana University (Bloomington) School of Law, and Dean and Val Nolan Professor of Law. Professor Robel is a Fellow of the ICG.
